Run, walk, and DASH your way through a self-paced 5K this April!
New this year: we're partnering with X deaf-centric organizations! This means you have the option to Dash as part of a fundraising team in support of your preferred nonprofit, and to fundraise in support of their cause!
Your registration fee goes to DOF; your donations and/or the donations you collect go straight to your favorite deaf organization.
DOF is dedicated to strengthening organizations that work with deaf communities through the provision of fully-accessible grants and resources for deaf-centric nonprofits nationwide. You can learn more about our charity partners by visiting their fundraising pages from the menu bar!

Important Dates:
- Early bird registration: February 3 - 16
- Regular registration: February 17 - 21 (rates increase by $5)
- Dash event: April 4 - 6 (get those miles in!)
You have 3 days in April to complete your 5K. Grab your friends, co-workers, and family members to Dash with you! After you sign up and are finished Dashing, you can enter your distance, time, or both data points via your profile on this website. We'll send you a t-shirt to commemorate your participation in this year's Dash (and you can opt to purchase a medal as well!).
Dasher Swag
All Dash participants will receive a race t-shirt (included with cost of registration)!
Participants will be given the option to purchase a 2025 Dash medal during registration.
It is our goal to ship out these shirts - and medals where applicable - to you before April 4th, so you can wear them with pride and snap a selfie during your 5K! We will do our very best to ensure shirts arrive in time, but make no guarantees due to potential shipping circumstances beyond our control.
