Bastrop River Rally Run 5k & 1k

The Bastrop River Rally 5k timed and 1k untimed Runs will be held April 21, 2018 for Earth Day with runners on a scenic route along the Colorado River & over the historic Bastrop Iron bridge! Proceeds from the event will go the The Friends of The Lost Pines to support Bastrop State Park and to Keep Bastrop County Beautiful to support clean ups, recycling education, community pocket parks, adopt a street and environmental stewardship scholarships. Due to the width of the trails, the 5k race will be limited to 250 runners. About 100 yards are up a grass & gravel hill, so no strollers are allowed.
