CCES 1st Annual Fiesta Family 5K and Fun Run

Calling all runners and walkers! Join the Cibolo Creek Elementary school family for our first annual Fiesta 5K and Fun Run. Our Kids Fun Run is a fantastic opportunity for the little ones to join in the excitement of a run designed just for them. This non-competitive, enjoyable event is all about promoting an active lifestyle while having a great time. The course is specially crafted with the safety and enjoyment of our youngest participants in mind, as it is an out-and-back route, making it the perfect introduction to the world of running. Parents are encouraged to run or walk with their children.

This event is designed for runners of all levels, from seasoned athletes to those just starting their fitness journey. The scenic route will take you through picturesque landscapes, offering a perfect blend of urban and natural surroundings. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or simply enjoying a morning jog, the 5K run promises a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie. We prefer that children 1st grade and younger do not run without supervision.

The fun run will take off first at 7:45 am and the 5k will take off at 8 am. The 5K and Kids Fun Run are part of a community celebration, fostering a sense of togetherness and well-being. Lace-up your running shoes, bring the whole family, and make this event a day to remember! The first 300 registered are guaranteed shirts and medals. All proceeds go to support our Cibolo Creek Elementary School teachers and programs.
