Hope Home Ministry Run for Hope 5K

Run for Hope will take place at the Heart of Texas Baptist Encampment this year. Come run or walk with us and have some fun! 

The race will take place over a variety of terrain to include pavement, gravel, and dirt/grass paths. Some of the trail will be rocky, rough, and potentially muddy depending on the weather. Come prepared to get dirty, just in case! 

The race will be timed manually and awards will be given in the following categories: top three men, top three women, and top three children (12 and under).

Participants registered by March 15th will receive a race day t-shirt. Participants registering on March 16th or later may receive a t-shirt based on availability. Children ages 12 and younger registered by March 15h will receive a race day water bottle. Children registered on March 16th or later may receive a water bottle based on availability. 

Participants arriving 15 minutes or more before race time will have the opportunity to enter their names into drawings for door prizes. Winners will be announced before or after the race. 

Proceeds from this event support Hope Home Ministry, a faith based transitional home for teenage girls who have survived human trafficking or who are exiting foster care or juvenile detention. Your support helps provide healing for these young women in a safe and loving home environment, allowing them to grow strong and make lasting life changes.
