Be Brave 5K

Be Brave 5K: Come join us for a 5K where you can Run or Walk for Sexual Assault Awareness and Child Abuse Prevention Month. This is a family-friendly event to encourage community conversation about sexual assault and child abuse awareness and prevention. Support from not only a survivor’s friends and family, but also the larger community, can translate into better response for victims of sexual assault. This month is all about raising awareness, educating wider society, fundraising, and getting behind the victims to help be a voice. Come join us and start the conversation!

Your donation will go directly to benefit Brave Alliance, which is a nonprofit community-based SAFE-Ready facility located in Cedar Park. It is the mission of Brave Alliance to provide exceptional medical forensic examinations with a victim-centered approach to sexually and physically assaulted patients by collaborating with the community and bridging the gap between the medical and legal processes. These services are provided on a No-Cost basis, and your donations go directly to victim services.
