The Hybrid Runner Foundation is proud to support the Cleburne community of up-and-coming runners by donating the proceeds of the race to the Cleburne High School Cross Country and Track Teams. We are a non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code Section 501(c)(3). Proceeds from the race will go directly to fund shoes, equipment, uniforms, and general team needs so these young, aspiring runners have all the tools in place to compete at their very best.

Last year, our family of runners were thrilled to have a top-notch race in our own backyard! We loved the energy, and it was the perfect way to kick-off Thanksgiving Break. We hosted over 228 participants in our inaugural race and are looking to double these numbers in 2023!

Join us for our 2nd Annual Hybrid Runner Foundation Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk, benefiting the Cleburne Yellow Jacket XC and track teams.

Our race will take place rain or shine. For your safety, the use of headphones during the race is discouraged. Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and rollerblades will not be permitted on the course. Strollers will be permitted, however, for the safety of the other participants, we ask that you begin the race at the back of the group.

Team Discount:
Want to register a team? Teams of 10 or more will receive a $5.00 discount per person, if registered by 11/17/23. (All members will be charged full price until a minimum of 10 members have joined the team. After the 10th member joins, the first 9 members will receive a refund. All team members must be registered by 11/17/23.) A prize will be awarded to the largest team!

Register by 11/3/23 to be guaranteed a t-shirt, after this date shirts will be as supplies last . There will be a $3.00 up charge for 2XL or 3XL T-Shirt.

Pre-Race Announcements, mascot race and best Turkey costume contest 7:45 am 5K Race/Walk starts @ 8:00 a.m.
Awards presentation following the last runner crossing the finish line.
