Sad to say the Fairfield Triathlon is being cancelled. A case of no one is interested, with a few weeks to go there are only 21 registered participants. We spent two years two years before COVID building the race and then were knocked out two years with COVID restrictions and one year due to wife's ill health. Put in the effort this year to bring it back on the triathlon scene. however, enrollment showed me the tri community had no interest in the event. The weather would have been great at mid-October for the race. Here's wishing you the best. May your swims all be downstream with the current, the wind at your back on the bike and your runs downhill to the finish.

There will not be a makeup date, probably want ever be another Fairfield Triathlon.

9:15 AM Awards Ceremony

Timing chips and straps will be handed out race morning in transition
USAT rules are in effect and trained officials will be on course to ensure fairness
Bike number goes top tube of bike
Number bib is worn during run on the body front and across the finish line
Wear your helmet to transition if riding your bike
