Description
Luke's Locker will furnish participants a FREE 9 Week training program for Runners wanting to build and maintain their mileage base in order to start training for a Half or Full Marathon in the near future. Starting mileage will be 4 miles and build to 9 miles. There will not be scheduled meeting dates or times, but Luke's Locker wanted to provide participants a plan to follow on their own.
