Dash for HOPE Virtual 5K

The Fitness Project Team welcomes you, your friends, and family to the 1st annual Dash for Hope Virtual 5K.

This year has been challenging for many of our communities and families. We want to take this time to come together (virtually) and bring a little more hope to a local family’s Thanksgiving table.

All proceeds from this event will contribute to sponsoring families in need during this time — so we need YOUR HELP. The goal is to make a direct impact to your community. After you sign up, if you would like to nominate a family, please submit their contact information to hello@thefitnessproject.us

Date
Run or walk on Saturday, November 21th.

Location
This is a virtual event. You choose the location - simply lace up your shoes and step out the door. Your route can be a favorite trail, your daily running route, a local track or park, or even a treadmill. You get to walk or run at your own pace and time it yourself.

Registration
Register to run/walk the virtual 5K by November 20th.

Fees and Goal
Registration fee is $10.Sign up fee is $1.58
Our goal is to reach $300! You are able to donate only and also set up a Fundraiser if you wish! Follow the steps after registration to set up your own fundraising page.

Time Reporting
Report your time to RunSignUp to be added to our Dash For Hope race results. You can track your time by using Map my Run.

Prizes
Prizes will be given to the fastest pace overall and the community leader (who is the most engaged and raises the most funds)
