Description
Luke's Locker will furnish participants a FREE 20 Week Half Marathon training program for runners who have established a regular program but want to take it to the next level. Mileage will start at 5 miles. During the week you'll be introduced to phases of progressive workouts involving tempos/hills/fartleks. There will not be scheduled meeting dates or times, but Luke's Locker wanted to provide participants a plan to follow on their own.
