Peticolas Running Club Social Run/Walk - April

Sing it with us! Bah, Bah, Bah! The beer is So Good! So Good! So Good! And we say cheers to all of those who are running the Boston Marathon on Monday! For the rest of us mortals, we will see you at the brewery!

BONUS Alert! Following the social run/walk and until 1:00 PM, you will be able to pick up your race packet for the MIGHTY Velvet Hammer 5K too! 

DOUBLE BONUS Alert! In celebration of April being National Active Pet Month and April 11th is National Pet Day (yeah, we are a couple of days late) we will be taking donations for Cody's Friends Rescue through registration AND they will be onsite with adoptable dogs to run/walk with in the morning! Plus, at 10:30 AM they will bring even more adoptable dogs to the brewery too...wonder if any will be named Caroline!

Check in is between the hours of 8AM-9AM. You can start your run/walk whenever you would like or join the 'group' start at 8:30AM and run with the group! The rolling start allows you a choice, flexibility to go at your pace but please arrive by 9am (check in ends promptly at 9AM, thank you!).

Along the trail there will be mile markers out, and bottled water available to take with you (there is no water on the course), or bring your own filled water bottle. The social run includes the run/walk, a custom branded pint glass, three brews and tacos from THAT TACO DUDE breakfast. The three Peticolas brews can be enjoyed anyway you want, meaning, you can drink all three in the Taproom as drafts or have one draft and then take two cans TO GO or in any combination.

SOCIAL RUN SCHEDULE:

8:00 AM: Cody's Friends Rescue arrives with adoptable dogs to run or walk with
8:00 AM-9:00 AM: Check in and start the social run/walk (rolling start between 8:00 AM-9:00 AM) OR
8:30 AM: “Group” Start (for those who want to run with a group)
9:30 AM: Breakfast
10:30 AM: Social run raffle
10:30 AM: Cody's Friends Rescue brings more adoptable dogs to the brewery
11:00 AM: Last call
11:30 AM: Social run/walk ends

NOTES & TIPS
-Check in is between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM on the day of the social run/walk.
-The group start is at 8:30 AM, if you want to run or walk with the group, check in before that time.
-Social runs/walks are rain or shine, if weather is bad, we just drink the brews and eat the food indoors and have a great time at the brewery.
-No dogs please, we love them but due to liability reasons they are not allowed.
-Like the Velvet Hammer 5K, there are no refunds, once you are registered, you are registered.
-Bring your ID.
-Kids in strollers are always welcome and always free.
-You can purchase additional beer to go or merchandise at the brewery.

SOCIAL RUN REGISTRATION & TICKET PRICING: Purchase tickets online for $30, all transactions are done online. Social Run Includes: tacos from THAT TACO DUDE, three delicious brews from Peticolas and a custom Peticolas social run branded glass. The social runs/walks are rain or shine and there are no refunds and there is no advance packet pick up.  Once you register, you are registered. If you don't come pick up your social run goodies between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, you lose it, no exceptions.
