WHAT: 2nd Annual Celebrate Life Survivors 5K Run presented by Texas Oncology–Denton Cancer Center and benefiting the Texas Oncology Foundation, Inc. All proceeds remain here in the Texas Oncology–Denton community, supporting cancer patients through assistance and survivorship programs.

HOW:
5K Early-Bird Registration on or before September 16th - $25.00
5K Late Registration after September 16th - $35.00
5K Kids Registration (12 and under) - $15.00
Survivors Celebration Lap - FREE Registration **if you would like an event t-shirt the cost is $5.00
**To be guaranteed an event t-shirt you must register on or before September 16, 2022!** Notice: shirt sizes are guaranteed for all who register by Sept. 16. We will do our best to provide an event shirt to all who register after Sept. 16 (shirt size not guaranteed at this time)
