As we kick off Black History Month, Village in The Valley is excited to present the 2nd Annual Sole to Soul 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Fun Run, a community event dedicated to supporting local students while celebrating unity, culture, and wellness!

Time: 8:00-11:00AM
All proceeds from this event will go toward the Village In The Valley Scholarship Fund, helping provide opportunities for deserving students to pursue higher education, ViVa’s initiatives, and programs that preserve and celebrate Black history in our community.

Village in the Valley (ViVa) is proud to host its 2nd Annual Sole to Soul Scholarship Benefit 5K Run/Walk—a community-centered event designed to uplift local students while celebrating unity, culture, and wellness. We invite vendors to join us in creating an inspiring and vibrant experience for all participants!

Vendor Setup Time: 6:30–7:30 AM
Event Time: 8:00-11:00 AM
Vendor Information
Booth setup begins at 6:30 AM.
Vendors supply their own table, chairs, and decor.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and teardown.
Food vendors must provide all necessary food preparation and heating equipment and will have access to electricity and water. All food carts are subject to inspection and must present a valid food handler’s license/permit for approval.
Please note: No refunds and no rain checks will be issued.
