REGISTRATION FEES (No Refunds) 
Early registration: $25 for 5K & 1 Mile
Late registration: $30 - 9/23 & 9/24
$10 for Kid's Dash (10 & under)
Teams of 10 or more: $20 / The first 9 people to register for your team will receive a $5 refund once the 10th team member registers. Every new team member to register after that will pay the discounted rate.


PACKET PICK UP:
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD @ UP AND RUNNING 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m..
RACE DAY REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK UP AT UP AND RUNNING FROM 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.

Technical T-Shirt to first 200 registrants

Trophy to top 3 overall male and female in the 5K
Trophy for the Largest Team!
Medals to top 3, male & female in the following age groups:
9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
