SARAH FRESH A2/A2 HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO  
At the El Paso Convention Center, One Civic Center Plaza

Expo will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This is the vendor registration page for the 2026 Sarah Fresh A2/A2 Health & Fitness Expo, scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the El Paso Convention Center. Vendor booths are 10' by 10'.  A site map and one-sheet will be emailed out on approximately February 18.

BOOTH SPACE WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

BOOTH SPACE PRICING:
$400.00 ea. if paid before December 31, 2025
$500.00 ea. from January 1, 2026, to February 10, 2026.

ADD ON PRICES:
Electrical hook: $50 ea. 
Internet connection: $50 ea.

DISCOUNTS: $100 Discount if paid in full before December 31, 2025.
Expo Booth Rental Includes: Standard 10 ‘x 10’ booth space, a 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, an 8’ tall back drape, 3’ tall side drapes, and a company name booth sign. The vendor is responsible for all add-ons (carpeting, electricity, internet, etc.) Booth spaces may be shared, but vendors are responsible for arranging them. Separate applications must be submitted.

SET UP & TEAR DOWN TIME FRAME
EXPO LOCATION: El Paso Convention Center / 1 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso TX 79901
* MOVE IN: Friday, February 20th, 10:00 am to 6 pm.
Booths MUST be ready by 6 pm *

EXPO HOURS: Saturday, February 21st, 9:00 am.– 6:00 pm
(Exhibits must remain intact and manned for the entire duration of the Expo.)

* MOVE OUT: ALL materials must be removed from the El Paso Convention Center by 10 pm, Saturday, February 21st, 2026.

NO TENTS or anything resembling a roof is allowed inside the EXPO area. 

EXPECTED PARTICIPATION:
Approximately 6000 marathon, half-marathon, & 5K athletes and their families!
