Sunrise Series!

Lace Up El Paso is proud to present the 2026 Sunrise Series! FOUR - 5k’s, running across El Paso from east to west!

This year's charity partner is the Child Crisis Center of El Paso - a portion of the proceeds will be used to assist families and children here in our local community. You can click the the Charity tab in the upper right corner and make your donation and enter for a change to win a pair of: Oakley Meta Glasses!

With a minimum $15 donation, you'll be entered into a raffle to win a pair of meta glasses! Drawing will take place at the Season Finale! You do not have to be registered for any event to participate in the drawing. Anyone can donate!

AWARDS:

Age Group Awards for the Top Three Finishers in each Age Group at each live event. Our age groups are the following: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over. There are no ‘overall’ awards at each event because this is a series. There will be Custom Awards to the OVERALL Fastest Males and Females (1st, 2nd, 3rd) of the Series! There will also be awards for the LARGEST Teams (1st, 2nd, 3rd) of the series. These will be awarded at the Sunrise Series Finale. There are no awards for virtual events.

Smoothie King Strava Segments:

Each event will have Strava segments up for grabs! Find the segments, Lace Up and earn that crown! Must have your setting to public in order to be eligible to win. One male and female winner will be crowned at each event. Winners will earn a $25 Smoothie King gift card.  

Post-Race Expo:

Runner's Party at all events; paletas, water, vendors, music.

FREE photo booth at all events sponsored by the Law Office of Gabriel S. Perez!

Win a Pair of Running Shoes! 

Save and re-use your race bib from each event. Every time you re-use your bib, you'll be entered into a drawing to win a pair of running shoes ($150 value) from Up and Running! Drawing will take place at the season finale. 

PACKET PICKUP

Each event will have its own packet pickup location. This will take place on Thursday and Friday before each scheduled event. Please review emails and social media for the most up to date information. We will post each packet pickup location both here and on Lace Up El Paso's IG page. There will be no race day packet pickup. If traveling or to make arrangements for pick up, please contact race director.

Registration closes: When event(s) sells out or at 7pm the Friday before each event. 

Schedule: 5:45am – 9am. 

5:45 – 6:15        Vendor setup. (Vendor setup closes at 6:15, no more vehicles allowed in vendor area. Vendors will need to hand carry any items into the vendor area)

6:15                   Volunteer meeting

6:30 – 6:45        Announcements, Warm Up and National Anthem.

6:45                   5k Start!

8:15                   Awards Ceremony!

9:00                   Event area cleared. 

Yes, we welcome wheelchairs and strollers out on the course. No bicycles, roller blades/skates, skateboards, wagons, scooters, motorized or electric devices. We are absolutely pet friendly! (Pets must be on a leash both on and off the course. You must pick up after your pets).
