Training dates are May 12 thru June 2, June 9th thru June 30th and July 7th thru July 28th. Our training program includes Weekly schedule, Fort Worth Running Company t-shirt, 3 clinics on Nutrition, Gait Analysis and Injury Prevention. Workouts are at 6PM Tuesdays and Thursdays led by Fort Worth Running Company coaches.
