This program is designed to get you ready to run the Firemen's 5K at the end of May.
Speed Training Includes:
-6:00pm Tuesday & Thursday night workouts led by coach Gary Anderson at TCU's Lowdon Track & Field Complex
-Optional group social runs on Monday nights & Saturday mornings, and bootcamp on Wednesday nights
-Weekly schedules (running 5-6 days/week)
-Specialized post run workouts that improve your running performance for the Firemen’s 5k
