This is our second year for the Beach Girl Triathlon at the Holiday Inn Club Resort, Seaside in Galveston and we have so much more planned this year. This beautiful property will be the site for the Beach Girl Triathlon on Saturday, October 21st. The swim will take place in the pool for a 200 meter swim followed by a 8 mile bike and a 2 mile run on the Holiday Inn property. Enjoy a great after party with mimosa, great music, food, water slide, face painting for kids and much more. This property offers something for everyone; beach, golf, pool, and more. This property offers villas vs rooms, so each room can hold up to 6 guest comfortably. All remolding has been done to the property, so even more rooms will be available.
All athletes receive a shirt, medal, and more.

Overall top female, overall top masters female will receive awards. Tope 3 in age groups and relay teams. Age groups are 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 plus. Athena (165lbs & over) 39 and under & 40 and over will also receive awards.
This is a chip timed event: all splits will be include with transitions. Occasionally a split is missed due to a misread or improper chip placement. We apologize now if this happens. Chips will be given our at packet pick up and will be need to be given back at the finish line.
This is a rain or shine event. Occasionally weather can play a part in an event; if this occurs we will make all efforts to continue the event or eliminate segments so we may continue; however, your safety as our first concern. If the event can be rescheduled for any reason (etc, weather, or pandemic), you will be moved to the new date. If the event is cancelled there are no refunds.
This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event so a USA Triathlon membership will be required by each athlete participating. If you do not have a membership you can purchase one when you register. An annual membership for 17 and under is $10, a one day for 18 and older is $15, and an annual for 18 and older is $50. For more information please visit www.usatriathlon.org.
