GHS 15th Annual Project Graduation 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

Project Graduation is the combined effort of Granbury High School students, staff, parents and community members/businesses.  Our goal is to raise funds to provide the seniors an alcohol-free/drug-free celebration after graduation with classmates.  This year’s senior class includes over 400 students.  We hope to have a party awesome enough that every student wants to attend!

Part of this course takes place off road.

Hood County YMCA HEALTHY KIDS DAY

Ready, set, go! If you’ve got a race to run or someone to cheer on be sure to stick around after the Project Graduation Run! The YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day will take place right after the race!

Time: 8:30-10:30 am

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

7:00 AM – REGISTRATION/ PACKET PICK UP

8:00 AM – START 1 MILE

8:30 AM – START 5K RUN/WALK

RACE ENTRY FEE:

Early registration – through March 10

-          $12 students/under 18

-          $20 adults

Regular registration – March 11 – April 28

-          $15 students/under 18

-          $25 adults

Race day registrations

-          $15 students/under 18

-          $30 adults

T-SHIRTS GUARANTEED IF REGISTRATION RECEIVED BY APRIL 14TH.

AWARDS:

5K Run: Overall male/female winner, Top three male/female finishers in the following age groups:

10U, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk is not a timed event.  Ribbons to all  1 mile participants.

5k run is chip timed by Race Day Event Services.
