Description

Join us for an exciting virtual event in honor of National Volunteer Month as we raise funds for The Color of Coffee Collective! Lace up your running shoes, grab your bikes, or hop on your rowing machines because this event is open to walkers, runners, cyclists, and rowers of all levels.

The Color of Coffee Collective is a nonprofit organization that is challenging the specialty coffee industry to make equitable changes at every level of the coffee supply chain. Their mission is to create a more diverse and fair coffee industry that benefits everyone involved. By providing opportunities for disenfranchised and diverse youth and young adults to pursue their passions in coffee, they are making a lasting impact on the global specialty coffee industry.

Participating in this virtual run/walk/cycle/row event is not only a chance to support The Color of Coffee Collective financially but also an opportunity to raise awareness about the need for equity and diversity in the coffee industry. By coming together as a community, we can make a difference and drive positive change.

Here's how it works: Register for the event and choose your preferred activity - running, walking, cycling, or rowing. Then get out there and complete it at your own pace, anytime during National Volunteer Month. Share your progress and encourage your friends and family to join or support your efforts through donations! Volunteer hours for this event will be 5 hours and will be logged on the participants behalf.

All funds raised will go directly to The Color of Coffee Collective to support their programs and initiatives. By participating in this event, you are helping to provide opportunities for young individuals to pursue their dreams in the coffee industry and contribute to a more equitable and diverse future. So, let's lace up, pedal on, or row together for a great cause! Join us in supporting The Color of Coffee Collective and making a lasting impact on the specialty coffee industry. Together, we can create a more equitable and inclusive coffee community.
