Description
Join your co-workers and friends for Houston's “Largest Office Party", this October 17-19, 2023. Our 7th annual event promotes the health and wellness of our corporate community and all levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their “Company Team.” If your workplace isn’t involved, you can register on the ‘Memorial Park Conservancy’ team, our charitable beneficiary as an individual and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event.

A portion of all registration and sponsorship proceeds will directly benefit Memorial Park Conservancy, which is committed to restoring, preserving and enhancing Memorial Park for the enjoyment of all Houstonians, today and tomorrow

The Hess Houston Corporate 5K Run/Walk will take place at Memorial Park on the day you choose. The start line is in the Eastern Glades section of the park.
How to Register / What do I get?
CREATE A COMPANY TEAM:
If your company is not presently registered, feel free to set it up and become a team captain today!
Instructions:
1. Click HERE to Register Your Company.
2. Once your Company Team is successfully created, employees can begin to “Join” your team. Only participants over 18y/o may join the event.

Volunteers Needed!!!
Volunteers are a key part of any successful run event. If you’re looking to earn required service hours or support your community at Memorial Park, we’d love to have your support! J. Talasek Homes is the sponsor of this year's volunteers and each volunteer will receive a complimentary t-shirt thanks to them!
To sign up to volunteer for the Hess Houston Corporate Run 5K, click here. Also included as a part of volunteering is access to the post-event hospitality tent following the conclusion of your shift.
During registration, choose your preferred shift and task (you must be able to stay the duration of the shift as listed). You will receive final details regarding the shift that you choose the week of the event.
