Race Overview:

The Texan Treble Trot 5K is a spirited community event that combines running, music, and Texan pride. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a first timer, join us for a morning of fun, fitness, and camaraderie. All proceeds from this event directly support the Northwest High School Marching Band.

•   7:00 am: Pick up Bibs from the Registration Table
•   7:00 am: Same-day registration
•   7:40 am: Welcome & Announcements
•   7:50 am: Warm-up
•   8:00 am: 5K starts
•   9:30 am: (approx.): Awards Presentation
• 12:30 pm: Course closes and event conclusion

                                                             Race Features

Start Line: Gather at the Wildflower Lazy River parking lot where the energy will be contagious. 
Live Music: What’s a Texan event without music? Our marching band will serenade you along the way, providing that extra boost of motivation.
Water Stations: Stay hydrated! Well-placed water station will keep you refreshed throughout the course. 
Finish Line Celebration: As you sprint across the finish line, enjoy the cheers of fellow runners and proud band members.
Post-Race Refreshments: Replenish your energy with post-race snacks and drinks.

What is included:

• Custom 5K T-shirt (guaranteed for early registrants) *, bib, and finishing medal 
• Hydration station in the middle of the course
• Live music by Northwest High School Marching Band throughout the course and at the start and finish line. 
  Shirt size NOT GUARANTEED if registering after Feb 15th***

• On-site Justin Fire EMT to ensure the health and safety of runners and spectators.
• Food Truck       for purchase!
• Camp Gladiator led warm-up before the race! 
• Free Refreshments from Platinum Sponsors Kroger for the Runners! 
• Power Pickle Ninja Obstacle course (12x40 course) 

Registration:

• Early registration is encouraged. Sign up online via our event website.
• Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
• Gather your friends, family, and fellow Texans to join the fun!
• Early bird (before Jan 31) $30
• Regular Registration (Feb 1- Feb 28): $35
• Late Registration (March 1 - March 5): $40
• On-site Registration (Race Day): $45

Awards and Prizes:

• Top finishers in various age categories will receive Texan-sized medals.
• Awards for top finishers are TBD
• Most importantly, everyone gets bragging rights for supporting our talented marching band!

Safety First:

• Follow traffic rules and stay on the designated course.
• Look out for our friendly volunteers guiding you along the way.
• Enjoy the run but remember to pace yourself and listen to your body.
