Let’s go “On the lash” for a “Craic” CELEBRATION at the 8th Annual St Pat’s 5K Walk/Run!
Join us on Saturday, March 16, 2024 for the In-person Timed 5K and untimed 5K. The event is open to all ages! Each participant will receive a t-shirt, beer glass, and two free beers. There is no better place to be than at the Brewery where Irish roots run deep.
BEER- Each participant over 21 will get two free AWESOME MICRO BREW
WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. Past this time, the even course may be shortened or altered to protect the participants.
If conditions turn unsafe, the event may be cancelled. Event changes and cancellations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
We always strive to produce a full and safe sporting event, but sometimes the weather conditions can affect those plans.
Considerable amount goes into planning a sporting event and we do so with the best intentions. Unfortunately, no one can control the weather and race directors are not the exceptions.
Our goal is to always produce a full event as scheduled and only modify these plans due to safety concerns some of which can be caused by weather conditions.

- Anyone can pick up your packet.
- Maximum 5 packets per pick up.
- Preregister on your personal device before arriving at Packet Pick Up.
Shirt size exchanges will take place AFTER the race based on availability.
Dallas Athletes has a no refund or transfer policy as shown on the website.
Race Day Schedule
7:00 a.m. – Wake up. Apply scented “Shamrock Lip Gloss or After Shave.” If you apply both, go back to bed!
8:00 a.m. – Arrive at Race Site to “mingle” and apply shamrocks or dye hair green!
9:30 a.m. – 5K TIMED Race starts!
9:35 AM - UNTIMED 5K STARTS
10:30 a.m.- All “Wanna-Be Leprechauns” are finished!
10:45 a.m. – “O’Awards”
The party continues at the Micro Brewey
Midnight- You need to go home! Really, you need to go home!
Awards
You or a designated person of your choosing must be present at the awards ceremony to receive your award. We will not mail or arrange post-race pick up. There will be individual awards for the following categories in each distance:
Overall male, Overall female, Overall Masters Female and Male, and Overall Grand Masters Female and Male
The age group awards will be three deep male and female:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 -69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80 & over
Masters:
Male – 40-59
Female – 40-54
Grand Masters:
Male – 60 and over
Female – 55 and over
Overall Finisher Awards and Age Group Awards are based on chip time for running events.
