Description
Join us for a Fun Run and 5K walk or run race to raise money for Speed the Light (STL), an initiative dedicated to empowering youth to spread the gospel and support missionaries worldwide. STL fosters missional generosity in students, challenging them to give sacrificially, evangelize locally, and pray for global missions. The funds raised will help missionaries travel faster, preach clearer, and be heard louder, ensuring the message of Jesus reaches those in need. Let's come together for a day of fun, fitness, and faith to make a difference in the world.
The 5K walk or run, starts at 7:30 AM, followed by Fun Run or walk at 8:00 AM. Everyone will receive a finishing medal! Plus, when you register by October 27, 2024, you'll be guaranteed a race t-shirt. After the race, enjoy bananas and water to refuel and refresh.
The top racer in each age category registered for the 5k will receive a unique medal for the placement. 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
