Tri-Sharks Youth Camps are designed to educate and train kids in multisports...all while having FUN! This year's camp will be a SPLASH and DASH camp. The basis of the 3-day camp program includes specific skill work designed to promote young athletes to all aspects of a healthy multi-sport lifestyle. We will focus on SWIM and RUN skills only for beginners to intermediates ages 6-14. Each day your child will spend quality time dialing in their swim and run skills with professional, certified coaches.The Tri-Sharks Camp will be a great preparation for the Little Buggy Kids Triathlon on September 2nd.
The last day of camp will be a Kids Splash and Dash Race and Pizza Party with Awards.
Water, snacks & energy drinks will be provided.
WHAT TO BRING:
Athletes must be able to swim 25 yards non-stop; This is NOT a learn-to-swim program
Athletes must be able to ride a bike without training wheels
Athletes must be able to walk/run ½ mile
