Join us on Saturday, March 2, 2019 for Crawfish and along with plenty of Cajun favorites, live music, One Mile, 5K & 10K. The event is open to all ages! 5K AND 10K finisher's will receive a custom event t-shirt, a custom finisher's “beer mug” and two complimentary beers (must be 21 and over). One-mile “fun runners” receive a custom event shirt only.
“Happenings” begin at 5:00pm then we PARTY at the Crawfish Boil! This is a Cajun event so come dressed in your BEST Mardi Gras style outfits. Best costume awards for male, female and krewes (teams). A krewe is 5-10 people so grab your besties and let the costume planning begin!
Post race, all registered participants will receive complimentary admission into the Crawfish Boil! Crawfish and Cajun favorites will be available for purchase! Don't miss out on this FUN event! Allons (Cajun for Let's Go!)
Best Dressed Female, Male, and Krewe. ( A krewe is a group of 5 to 10 people )
Fun Run: Overall Female and Overall Male ( Fun Run is not timed )
5K & 10K: The awards will be three deep per age group with individual awards for overall male, overall female, overall masters female & male and overall grand masters female and male.
The break down of age group awards are as follows:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 -69, and 70 & over
Masters:
Male – 40-59
Female – 40-54
Grand Masters:
Male – 60 and over
Female – 55 and over
Overall Finisher Awards and Age Group Awards are based on gun time for running events and chip time for triathlon events.
If you are not present to pick up your award, you may contact the race director to arrange to pick up your award by emailing info@dallasathletesracing.com.
We will not mail awards.
