Description
Recon Camp IM Lubbock 70.3
May 29-31, 2021
Welcome to the only training camp to provide exclusive certified coaching on location for both Paratriathletes and Triathletes preparing for IM Lubbock 70.3. The overall content is designed for novice and intermediate levels of experience, but all levels are welcome. This camp is USAT Sanctioned and meets all the standards for being para-friendly as set forth by USA Paratriathlon.
This takes place 4 weeks before Ironman Lubbock 70.3 race day - June 27, 2021. This allows substantial time for you to experience the course and still have time to modify or enhance your training plan appropriately. The three day experience blends educational and practical sessions in a usable, dynamic preview of the actual race course venue. This unique perspective occurs in a purposeful, safe setting and accommodates the training to the level of the athlete.
You will have the opportunity to be guided through a recon of the entire event venue as you swim in the race day lake, cycle the challenging race day bike leg, and run on the race day course.
USAT/USA Paratriathlon Certified coaches will personally guide you through techniques & strategies in developing your race plan.
