Description
Train to run or walk a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K or 5K. The target race is the Cowtown Marathon in Fort Worth, Texas on February 25th-February 26th.
MARATHON
For the Marathon Plan, the 8-week fast-track option is for individuals with an existing endurance of 10 miles at 15:00 per mile pace or faster.
HALF MARATHON
For the Half Marathon Plan, the 8-week fast-track option is for individuals with an existing endurance of 6 miles at 15:00 per mile pace or faster.
10K TRAINING
The 10K Plan is for beginners with no running experience or a novice seeking to PR the distance. The 8-week training can be completed as a run, run/walk or walk.
5K TRAINING
The 5K Plan is for beginners with no running experience or a novice seeking to improve their 5K time. The 8-week training can be completed as a run, run/walk or walk.
