Hosted by 9 Months of 5K, this event goes beyond the finish line. Our mission is to improve maternal health outcomes by promoting fitness, nutrition, and education for women during and after pregnancy. In the U.S., maternal mortality rates remain higher than in other developed countries, with many complications being preventable through proper care and lifestyle support. That’s why every step you take helps us continue our work in empowering women and reducing preventable pregnancy-related complications.
