Description

Outrun Homelessness is a 5K fun run/walk to promote awareness of Homelessness. This event also raises funds for the New Hope Center transitional shelter serving men, women, and families who are experiencing Homelessness. New Hope Center is a transitional living center that offers more than a place to sleep. All clients work with a case manager in developing goals to reduce barriers of housing as well as addressing client needs that promote sustainability once the client transitions into their house. Clients also benefit from financial literacy classes as well as the Overcomers Support Group. Your registration fee makes it possible for an individual to receive a night of service.
