The Paris Balloon and Music Association (501c3) is composed of volunteer board members that are committed to the enrichment of the arts in our community through artistic events, scholarships and benefits. We hope you will join with us in planning an exciting family event for Paris and Lamar County.

Join us for the inaugural CUTX Paris Balloon and Music Festival 5k run/walk on September 14, 2024. This is an exciting new addition to the overall festival. The festival and run both benefit the Paris Balloon & Music Association is a not-for-profit organization committed to enriching our community’s arts through artistic events, scholarships, and benefits. Runners registered by the end of the day on September 6th are guaranteed to receive the shirt size they request when registering. We will be placing our order with the printing company on September 7th. After we place our order to the printing company, we can only guess what sizes runners might sign up for.
