Cancellation of Light the Way 5K
Esteemed supporters:
This race has been cancelled but for a really good reason! RGV Christmas is looking to close on a property to set up their headquarters! As such, they are allocating all of their financial resources to securing the property. As such, this event has been cancelled. Although we anticipate that it will be hosted at a later time, we do not have a timeline and thought it best to refund registration fees. It may take up to 7 to 10 business days for the funds to post to your account, but rest assured they will.

Join us on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at the Pharr Hike & Bike Trail for an exciting event that brings our community together to shine bright and make a difference. Proceeds from this event will go towards purchasing 1,000 backpacks for needy students across the RGV!
Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
