Girls on the Run Presented by IAAP: 5K Run/Walk

Register before OCTOBER 15th to be guaranteed a t-shirt! 

Join Girls on the Run as we complete our Fall 2023  season!  Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Completing the 5K gives the girls a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes through accomplishment as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals. Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.

This event is open to the public—all are welcome to join!

Event Fees:
5K Run/Walk - $30, $35 starting September 1st, $40 on race day.

No Refunds.

Awards:
Overall M&F Winners + M&F Masters
0-9,10-14,15-19 years old, then 5 year age groups for first 3 M&F

Overall and Masters awards will be based on gun time. Age-group awards will be based on chip time.
No duplication of awards.

NOTE: All girls registered in the Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole program this fall will pick up their race packets from their coaches on race day only. Please do not pick up your girl's packet at early packet pick-up.
