Join the SARR Winter Training Team and train with RRCA Certified Coaches. This 9-week program will get you ready for Winter / Early Spring races
All levels of runners are welcome
Dates: January 11 - March 14, 2020.
Programs: 10K, Half Marathon and Half Marathon Intervals.
10K: For beginner/intermediate runners who can comfortably complete a 3-mile run or run/walk.
Half Marathon Intervals: For runners who use a run/walk interval method and can comfortably complete a 6-mile run/walk.
Half Marathon: For runners who have recently completed a Half or Full Marathon.
Weekly Group Runs on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Graduation Race March 14th: location to be announced.
Includes Long-Sleeve SARR Training Team shirt (10th Anniversary Edition!).
