Description
Free for Club Spinistry Members! Waide road along the 55 and 75 mile routes is probably the best spot for viewing the comet while still close to DFW. We will be suggesting some spots along the short route as well. We are approaching a new moon that evening as well so skies will be darker. Current forecast is for clear skies and slightly lower temps. This is a great opportunity for a memorable bicycle ride!
This will be a Covid 19 Safe Start ride. No more than 10 people per start group, we are not providing food or drink of any kind. Plan to carry everything you need on your bike for hydration and nutrition. There are no stores along the route. Front and rear lights are required. Self navigation is required, there will NOT be any Spinistry arrows on any of the routes. Club Spinistry members get free access to the Ride With GPS navigation app. Headlights, tail lights and helmets are required.
Spots are limited, riders must depart during their designated chute time. More details soon.
