Bridging the Gap Ride is an annual cycling event hosted by Motherland Cycling Club (MCC), that aims to bring cyclists of diverse backgrounds and persuasions together for a fun and entertaining ride where participants get to experience different cultures, eat, laugh and dance afterwards--all while also supporting a charity.
Who doesn't love hardware? All registrants crossing the finish line will recieve a finisher medal. The first 200 registrants will recieve an event T-shirt.
After ride entertainment will feature a DJ, food and raffle drawing. Get ready for a great time!
Bridging the Gap Ride #7 promises to be even more fun and exciting. We have added a complimentary second day of riding that is open to all registered participants for free! Please register early and share the word.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN GRAND PRIZES!
Raffle tickets will be available for sale at packet pickup and at the event before the drawing. Cash, Zelle, or Venmo will be used for method of payment at those locations.
Tickets are $20. Big prize items can only be won with a raffle ticket, so don't miss out!

We had a great after-party last year, and we intend to make this year’s celebration even better!
We are currently in the process of finding a great place for all of our participants and guests to unwind, relax, and celebrate after a great day of cycling. STAY TUNED!

Ride Policy
There is no rain date; we ride rain or shine - In case of severe weather or restriction mandated by local, state or federal government agencies, MCC reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the ride for safety concerns.
In any case, we do not refund entry fees. Please review the waiver - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND ACCEPT THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT.
Safety Rules and Protocols

All riders must wear helmets.

Official yellow MCC BTG7 wristbands with your bib number must be worn at all times. Wristbands are required for access to rest stop refreshments, after-ride food & drinks, and raffle items.

Choose a pace group and remain with it. Ride leaders will be wearing armbands and know the routes and rest stops.

Follow route signs at all times.

Call out hazards (holes, cracks, debris, etc.) to fellow riders.
