Description
Do you want to boost your speed to better your 5k time and at the the same time improve your overall fitness? You can participate virtually wherever you are in the world, and run “live” if you’re in Sugar land, Texas. On the FIRST TUESDAY of the month, starting in April, all LOCAL runners who complete the 5K time trial TWO or more times within the previous calendar month will be entered into a lucky draw to receive a price. Make your virtual participation more real by sharing your efforts and tracking your progress. Go to the Race Results page, select your name and submit your results. If you have a STRAVA account join the Tuesday 5K club and remember to rename your time trial run to Tuesday 5K!
Tuesday 5k Time Trial is hosted by Coach Charmaine, a long-time distance runner and RRCA certified coach.
