300 Meter Pool Swim - 9 Mile Bike (2 Loops) - 3.1 Mile Run
The swim will be a snake swim in a 50 meter indoor pool.
RUN-BIKE-RUN
1 Mile Run - 9 Mile Bike - 5K Run
SUPER SPRINT TRIATHLON
200 Meter Swim - 4.5 Mile Bike - 2 Mile Run
The swim will be a snake swim in a 50 meter indoor pool.
