• The HSF has awarded over $730 million in college education scholarships since 1975, and provides a broad range of programs for candidates, scholars and their families to continue helping the community to forge a better future.
• Hispanic population is large and growing - 18.9% of US population are Hispanics.
• 1 in 4 public school students nationwide are Hispanics. College completion rate for Hispanics is 30% according to the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

*Eligible donations from Baker Hughes employees to HSF will be considered for matching gifts. Per the Internal Revenue Service, registration fees are not eligible because participants are purchasing entry to an event and receive benefits in return (t-shirts, race bib, medal). When is the in-person race?

The in-person race will be the morning of Saturday, September 21st at 8:00 AM. Check-in starts at 7:00 AM the day of the race.
The virtual race will be on your own time and submissions are accepted from September 14th to September 21st at 10 AM.

What is a Virtual Run?

Unlike traditional races where participants all run the same pre-created track, this is a virtual run. This means participants will run at roughly the same time (same week), but not all in the same location. It's simply much more flexible and inclusive! (very ERG). Similarly this allows the event to expand to the entire globe and like previous years, all Baker Hughes Employees as well as friends and families are welcome to join. After registration, participants in the US will receive their runner package via mail by September 17th (probably sooner).

• Participants can only submit their results 1 time. Partial, multiple, or new submissions are not allowed.
• For fairness, we suggest participants in timed events to find a flat running circuit without interruptions. We also suggest submitting an activity file. (See Results Submission tab)

Domestic Shipping Details:

Flat rate shipping is $8.00 per transaction.

International Shipping Limitations:

The give-away packet (t-shirt, bib, etc.) will not be sent to address outside the US and shipping costs will not be included. Unfortunately we are not able to handle the complex logistics of shipping to many different international addresses.

NOTE: The registration will still ask to select an option. Please select any of the Virtual Outside the US races.

Early Bird Discounts:

• $5 off for general registration on or before August 18th.

Parking

Free curbside parking is available along Lake Robbins Drive, Waterway Avenue, Waterway Square Place and Timberloch Place.

Paid parking is available at the 24 Waterway Parking Garage (located at the corner of Fountains Plaza and Lake Robbins Drive), the Waterway Square Parking Garage (between Fountains Plaza and Woodloch Court) and the surface parking lot at the corner of Waterway Avenue and Timberloch Place.

Parking is strictly prohibited at the South Regional Library, Community Center, and Market Street.
