Description
Join us for the 16th Annual Little Big Town 5k and 1 Mile Family Fun Run on Saturday May 4, 2024 hosted by the Van Alstyne Education Foundation. This event has become a true community tradition. All proceeds directly fund the teachers and students of Van Alstyne ISD.
The event this year will take place in the Central Social District located at 215 E. Van Alstyne Pkwy. It is going to be a year to remember and as always this event is perfect for the whole family!
Entry fees are non-refundable, including the event of inclement weather. If cancellation occurs, your entry fee will be considered a donation to VAEF.
Packet Pick Up will be held Friday May 3rd from 3PM- 7PM in the Central Social District 215 E. Van Alstyne Pkwy or you can pick up the morning of the event between 6:45am-7:45 am at the Central Social District
*T-shirts and Medals will not be mailed to those who do not attend.

Timing and Awards
The race will be scored by chip time. You must wear your bib / timing tag to be eligible for awards:
Top Overall Male & Female
Age Group Awards (Male and Female) Top runners ages: 0-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-30, 31-35, 36-39, 40-45, 46-49, 50-55, 56-60, 61-69, 70+
All participants will receive a medal and division winners will be posted at the race and online.
Parking
There will be downtown parking on Race Day. Please allow for traffic and follow all signs for appropriate parking available.
