Waco Striders 4 Mile Prediction Run

How well can you predict your pace? The Group Run on Wednesday, May 11 will be a prediction run where you predict how long it will take to run the 4 mile course. No watches, iPhones, GPS devices allowed. Just your own sense of pace.

We will run the same course on the Wednesday Group Run on May 4. Be sure to time yourself to get a basis for your predicted time. If you can't make the group run on May 4, you can pr-run the course by yourself. The course map is located at the bottom of this listing.

The run will be free, but come prepared to help cleanup the Redwood Shelter area after you finish as part of the Keep Waco Beautiful program. The Waco Striders have adopted the Redwood Shelter and have a cleanup day each quarter of the year. As a bonus there will be pizza for those that help with the cleanup.
