Description
You've got the fitness, now get the experience and knowledge necessary to race at your best!
Get in high quality training and learn everything you need to know to maximize your long course race experience!
Each day will offer training opportunities as well as sessions covering race preparation and logistics, including gear selection, mental preparation, nutrition, hydration, electrolyte intake, cooling protocols, and everything else you'll need between now and the time you cross the finish line!
Detailed agenda and camp guide will be provided several weeks prior with a full schedule as well as tips to get the most from camp.

FAQ
Is there a payment plan?
Yes! Register prior to 8/30 and you can split your payments! Register in July or August with the "split payment" option and pay half now and half in September.
Who can attend?
Camp is geared to those racing 70.3 or Ironman distance races, but anyone can attend. All ability levels are encouraged and will be catered to. No one will be left out or on their own!
Can I come by myself?
Yes! We will have a welcoming environment that encourages networking. You’ll leave with new friends and training partners!
How much training will be done daily?
The intent of camp is to provide you with information on how to execute your race as well as finish out your training strong. There will be several hours of training each day, but you will leave energized and excited to resume your training as soon as you return home.
Is Beast of the Brazos and Waco Wild West registration included?
No, you will need to register for these separately, but discounted registration is available. BoB registration is $65 or $80 depending on distance and WWW is $40 through 9/9 (before discount)
What do I need to bring?
A guide will be shared in the weeks leading into camp with a list of suggested items to bring. Use this as an opportunity to practice packing for race day!
What equipment is required?
All of your gear that you’ll be using on race day. Front and rear lights are required during all bike sessions.
Is lodging provided?
Lodging is not provided. Information on a hotel block will be shared soon.
Can you find me a roommate?
Yes! We will be happy to help facilitate based on your preferences.
Is transportation provided?
You will need to provide your own transportation to Waco and to the activity locations.
Are meals provided?
Meals are not provided, but the Holiday Inn does include breakfast. We will have open space midday for lunch and allow you some down time.
Lunch and dinner locations will be shared and everyone is welcome to join or you are free to do your own thing. Some may want to have dinner with their family, cook on their own, or just try something else. It’s totally up to you!
What if there is inclement weather?
Safety is always paramount. If there is inclement weather we will modify the schedule as necessary.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or deferrals, however, you can transfer your registration to someone else.
