Our 4 year old son Carson will be finishing treatment for Leukemia on June 10, 2016.  As part of our gratitude to the hospital that has done so much for our family, we would like to give back.  Please join us as we celebrate a huge milestone in Carson’s life and raise money for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an amazing hospital saving lives every day. 

Date & Start Time: Saturday, June 25.  There will be a kids’ fun run at 8:30 am and the 5k begins at 9 am. 

The race will begin at the Waskom Taylor City Park.

Registration: 5k early registration is $20 through June 11,

$25 through June 24

$30 the day of the race. 

Fun run participants (under 12) will pay $10 through June 25 (no bib provided for fun run racers).

T-Shirt is guaranteed with early registration through June 22. 

REGISTER EARLY!

Packet Pick Up: Packet pick up will begin Thursday, June 23 at the Waskom Taylor Park Pavilion from 5:30 – 7:30 pm and Friday, June 24 3 pm – 6pm.  Packets may also be picked up the morning of the race beginning at 7 am near the starting line. 

Age Groups & Awards:  The overall female & male winners will receive a gift card from a local business and a medal.  Each 1st place winner per age group will also receive a medal. Age groups will be: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.  The kids’ fun run will be for kids under 12.

Special Note: Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only.  Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates, or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on the run course.  This rule is a RRCA regulation.
