Description
Red Knot Swim & Sprint presented by SCIS is a weekend of middle and long distance swim events and a 5-kilometer trail run.
The swim events take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday at St. Constantine’s International School in Arusha.
The David Tozer Memorial 5K Run begins at 9:00 am on Sunday morning.
Entry options are:
- 5K run only 50,000/=
- Swim gala only 70,000/= (maximum 5 swim events + 3K open water if desired)
- Swim & Sprint 100,000/= (entry to 5K and swim gala, but NOT ArushaMan
- ArushaMan 100,000/= (combined time on 5K run and 800m swim -- can swim an additional 4 events + 3K open water if desired)
