Q: Will the race actually happen this year?
A: This year we are having a Virtual event. Check out all the weekend activities offered by the Cleveland Film Commission.
Q: I really want to get the great runner swag. If I do the Virtual Run when will I get the quarter-zip shirt and medal?
A: We have ordered those supplies (and spent the registration fees, which is why we can't offer refunds) We are waiting our our shirt supplier to deliver and will mail your virtual packet to you. Expect it before Christmas.
Q: If I cannot run the race can I have a refund of my race fee?
A: This period to elect a refund is over, and all runners have been transitioned to the Virtual Run.
Q: How do I do a Virtual Run?
A: You may do your run at a place and time of your choosing. To report your results, go to your RunSignUp account and you will be able to enter your time.
Q: If I have questions who do I contact?
