Once you’ve gotten to your registration, select “Transfer Race” option from the gray menu and pick the live race. Your upgrade fee will reflect the difference in price from the live event price AT THE TIME OF YOUR VIRTUAL REGISTRATION. The deadline to do so is April 17.
No problem, you can switch your registration HERE. Please note, we will not be able to refund any fees. The deadline to do so is April 17.
You can run your virtual race ANYTIME, ANYWHERE! However, we do encourage you to do your virtual race on May 2 or May 3 for a real race day feel!
You may use whatever timing and distance tracking method/app that you chose. You are not required to submit your time, however if you want your time posted online, you must submit your time on Run Sign Up by May 9. Regardless of whether or not you submit your time, you will get your premium and medal.

If you no longer wish or are able to participate in the 2026 race, you can defer until 2027 for a fee.
To take advantage of this offer please log into RunSignUp and Click Here to manage your registration. Click the DEFER REGISTRATION option in the menu and process your deferral payment. You will receive an email with a link to sign up for the 2026 race when registration reopens.

Visit your Run Sign Up Profile HERE and select “Manage Add ons.” (INSTRUCTIONS) From there, you will be able to add on the bib mailing option for $30. Bibs and shirts will be mailed by USPS priority mail prior to the race with a trackable link. Medals will be distributed after the race.
Virtual participants automatically get their items mailed to them.
Runners need to bring a copy of their E-Registration email – printed or screenshot on their phones. This will be emailed out prior to the first Packet Pick Up day.
We are offering to mail bibs ahead of time so you do not have to attend packet pick up ahead of the race. For $30, we will mail you your bib ahead of the race. You can add this on during registration, or if you already registered, you can add it on HERE. Then, go to add ons in the gray menu. The deadline to select this option is April 17.
First off, Don’t panic! E-Registration emails (with QR code) will be sent to the email address that you used when you registered just before the 1st scheduled packet pick up date. If it is after this date, please check your spam/junk folder or have your confirmation email handy (this has a QR code you can use!). Email customerservice@corrigansports.com for troubleshooting tips.
Yes, if you would like to upgrade to a longer distance you may do so by paying the price difference here – select “transfer registration” to begin the process of upgrading. The deadline to upgrade is Sunday, April 17 at 11:59pm.
The Kids Fun Run will be held at 4pm on Sat., May 2. We will have two race distances available for children ages 12 and under. Kids ages 8 – 12 will run 1/2 of the track (about 1/2 mile). Kids age 7 and Under will run 1/4 of the track (about 1/4 mile). Both distances finish at the same finish line as the adult races. All Kids Fun Run distances are untimed.
Yes, please login to your team registration. You can remove members by selecting the small "X" mark next to their information. Add members by selecting “Join Team” and filling out their information, or provide the team member with your team password so they can register themselves. After online registration closes, changes must be made at packet pick-up. Changes to virtual teams must take place before April 17, 2026.

Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 10am-4pm at the Frederick Fairgrounds.
PARKING ON RACE DAY WILL BE AT THE FREDERICK FAIRGROUNDS AND SURROUNDING LOTS.
Most lots are adjacent to the fairgrounds. Please follow signs and the police and parking attendant’s directions to assure smooth traffic flow. NOTE: The East All Saints Street Parking Deck (400 spaces) provides easy parking and a quick escape. The deck is less than 1/4 mile from the Fairgrounds. (Walk North on East St. & East on Patrick St. to access fairgrounds.) Parking in this garage is FREE on Sunday. All participants (and their cheering sections) are asked to arrive prior to 6:15am at the Fairgrounds. Parking is FREE and available at the Fairgrounds as well as surrounding lots. Directions to the Fairgrounds are located on the previous page of this booklet.
Please be mindful that area roadways will begin to close at 6:15am for the half-marathon & relay start. We ask that you and your cheering section arrive early to avoid traffic delays. If you get delayed DON’T PANIC! Access to the fairgrounds will be possible after 6:15 but delays and detours may be required.
Yes, you may have a friend or family member pick up your packet for you if needed. They will need: your E-Registration email and a copy of your ID. Both can be images on their phones.
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged at this race. To enjoy all that our race has to offer and for the safety of all participants, the Frederick Running Festival encourages a headphone-free environment during the running of the event
Runners competing for awards or prize money may not use headphones of any kind, and will not be eligible for any award or prize money if such a device is worn. USA Track & Field Rule 144.3, states that the visible possession or use by athletes of video, audio, or communications devices in the competition area (which includes iPods, MP3 and other musical devices) is considered assistance and is therefore are prohibited.
If you chose to use headphones, please be respectful of the other participants and the race officials by keeping your volume to a minimum. If wearing headphones results in your being unable to hear verbal instructions or commands from race officials, you will be asked to relinquish the device.
