How to Submit Miles
You can log your miles as often as you like. Many people log them as soon as they are finished. This can be daily, weekly or monthly. It's completely up to you.
Steps
- Login to your Runsignup account
- Navigate to the Results page.
- Click "Submit Virtual Results"
- You will be shown a calendar, select the current day or the day for which you are entering the miles.
- A second box says "Distance in Miles", add the mileage you ran that day.
- Click "Submit your time"
It's that easy.
If you are active more than once per day. Some people will run in the morning and evening. If this is you, then just simply add your miles together and log it as one daily total.
