Packet Pick-Up
*Important: You must have either a photo ID or a copy of your race registration in order to pick up your packet.
THERE ARE FOUR OPTIONS FOR PACKET PICK-UP:
1.) Friday, May 3rd.
4pm-7pm at Warwick Valley Winery (this is the best option to avoid lines on race day!)
2.) Saturday, May 4th from 8am-10am at Warwick Valley Winery.
3.) Sunday, May 5th from 8am-10am at Warwick Valley Winery.
4.) Mail My Packet (these were sent out a week and a half prior to race day if you opted to have your packet mailed during the registration process)
INSIDE YOUR PACKET
Your race packet will include:
- Your ultra soft race shirt
- Your bib
- Safety pins
**Important: Your pre-ordered merchandise MUST be picked up in person at the event. We will not be mailing these out. If you opted to have your packet mailed, please swing by the merchandise table adjacent to packet-pick up on race morning to grab any extra merchandise you ordered.
PICKING UP FOR A FRIEND?
No problem! You will need one of two items in order to do this:
-A copy of their registration
-A copy (or picture) of their photo ID
**Important: All participants 21+ must be wearing a wristband in order to receive hard cider at the finish line. Wristbands need to be picked up in person at packet pick-up. If you pick up a packet for someone else, they will still need to get their wristband before the race by displaying their photo ID.
CAN'T MAKE IT?
We're sorry you can't make it to the event! You or a buddy can pick up your race swag on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at packet pick-up. As stated during registration, you must pick up your packet and any other merchandise at the race. We will not be mailing items post-race.
TRANSFERS
Please note, we will not be accepting race-day transfers. If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, please do so online before Thursday, May 2nd. Get the details on how to do that here.
ATTENTION RUNNERS:
It is STRONGLY advised that you come to pick up your packet on Friday at Warwick Valley Winery. This way, you can skip the lines on race morning and simply focus on having a great time. Plus, you can enjoy a cider!
