When and where does the race start?

The race will start promptly at 8:00AM on Saturday, April 11th outside the main entrance gate of Hawkins Field (Vanderbilt Baseball). Address: 2600 Jess Neely Dr. Nashville, TN 37212 

 

When and where is packet pickup?

Packett Pickup will begin at 6:30AM in front of the main gates of Hawkins Field on race day, April 11th. 

There will be an early packett pickup opportunity from 4:30PM-6:30PM at the Memories of Honor booth inside the concourse of Hawkins Field for anyone attending the VU Baseball games on April 9th & 10th. 

 

Where do I park on race day?

Free parking is available on floors 8-10 of the 25th Avenue Garage across the street from Hawkins Field. Address: 2401 Highland Ave. Nashville, TN 37212 (Entrance on Highland Ave.)

 

Can I register on race day?

Yes! Online race registration closes at 11:59PM on Tuesday, April 7th, but you can register on-site at the check-in table on on April 11th starting at 6:30AM.

 

Can I bring my child in a stroller on the course?

Due to the unique course route through multiple athletic fields, strollers are not permitted on this race course. These surfaces require restricted access to protect both participants and facilities. We understand this may be an inconvenience for families with young children and do encourage wearable carriers.

 

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, due to the unique course route through multiple indoor and outdoor athletic fields, dogs are not allowed. Service dogs will be permitted with proper documentation.
